4.1 What’s So Special About Incolene?

Incolene is a specially formulated material extruded into the middle layer of the three-layered
pipe. It is a result of intensive and extensive research by engineers of VESBO.

Incolene is a compound of special raw materials reinforced with high density minerals to
achieve high noise absorption and non-combustibility.

• Density: 1,9 gr/cm³.
• Withstands operating temperatures of up 95°C (long-term).
• High impact resistance.
• Leak-proof and resistant to UV rays.
• Suitable to non-flammability level which is determined by DIN 4102 and EN 13501-1.
• Suitable to sound safety level which is determined by DIN 4109.
