5.7 Cleaning of Installation System

Wastewater systems can be cleaned by using VESBO INCOLA 87 °
Cleaning T Part in the system.

5.8 Air Outlet in Installation System (Trap with Vent)

The new kinds of traps in the VESBO INCOLA product group are the S and P traps with vents,
which are extremely suitable for cleaning the air in the installation system. Cleaning of air in the
system is provided by using S and P traps with vents which removes the bad air directly from
the system.

5.9 Leaktightness Test (U Test)

Wastewater system installed with VESBO INCOLA pipes and fittings passes the leaktightness
test successfully at 0.5 bar pressure for 15 minutes.

1. VESBO INCOLA U Test is performed in-house. Atmosphere Pressure

2. 5m-high U-shaped mechanism is set up with
VESBO INCOLA pipes and fittings. During the
installation, it is important to fix the system with
clamps. In the systems without clamps, the

dislocation of the pipe caused by the pressure of
the water will cause leakage.

3. Water is supplied freely into the U-shaped system
and it is checked whether there is any leak at the
body and the connection points. If leakage is
seen, the leaked points are checked and the test
